Good run

I have been on the road for the past almost 6 weeks with work.  That is coming to an end for a little bit this week. 

This morning the AHLTA team went on a 'fun run'.  We met at 0645, drove to BUMED, parked and set off.

We ran a 5 mile loop around the Mall.  Starting at the Lincoln Memorial, past the Washington Monument, up to the Capitol and back.

It was a wonderfully beautiful morning, the temperature was just right, the company was good and I have to admit there is something about being Active Duty military and starting your day off with a run around the Memorials in Washington, D.C.
